Dutch snacks for horeca, catering & events across Europe

The Dutch Snackbar supplies authentic Dutch snacks to businesses across Europe through planned delivery routes, wholesale access and structured order planning.

Whether you run a Dutch pub, snack bar, catering company, hotel, event venue, expat-focused business or hospitality concept, we help you source popular Dutch products such as frikandellen, kroketten, bitterballen, kaassoufflés, sauces and party snacks in a reliable and structured way.

Our B2B service is built for businesses that need more than a one-time order. We focus on repeat orders, planned deliveries, clear communication and long-term supply relationships.

Who we work with

We work with businesses that want to offer Dutch snacks in a professional and reliable way, including:

  • Horeca businesses (restaurants, cafés, bars and hospitality venues)
  • Dutch pubs and cafés
  • Snack bars and food trucks
  • Catering companies
  • Event organisers
  • Hotels and holiday parks
  • Expat shops and specialty stores
  • Sports clubs and community organisations

All B2B applications are manually reviewed. Approval depends on business type, expected order volume, delivery location and product category.

Why businesses choose The Dutch Snackbar

We are not a standard parcel webshop focused on one-time orders. Our business model is built around planned European delivery routes, frozen and chilled logistics, and structured order preparation.

For B2B customers this means:

  • Planned delivery windows instead of random shipping
  • Access to larger pack sizes and wholesale options
  • Clear route communication
  • Support for recurring orders
  • Possibility of VAT reverse charge after verification
  • Better planning for frozen and chilled products
  • One partner for multiple Dutch snack categories

Planned European delivery routes

The Dutch Snackbar supplies B2B customers through planned delivery routes across Europe, including our East Route and South Route. Route availability depends on destination, order volume, product type and route capacity.

Early ordering gives us the best opportunity to plan stock, frozen logistics and delivery timing. Business customers with recurring order potential may be considered for priority route planning.

How B2B ordering works

  1. Apply for a business account
  2. We manually review your application
  3. After approval, wholesale access may be activated
  4. You place your order before the route deadline
  5. We plan delivery based on route, volume and product type
  6. You receive updates before delivery

Wholesale pricing is only visible after approval and login. Approval does not automatically guarantee access to all pricing levels.

Delivery, cooling, export, route and transport costs may be charged separately.

Important note

Our B2B service is built for planned purchasing, repeat orders and long-term supply relationships. We do not position this as a last-minute emergency delivery service.

Frozen and chilled products require careful planning, especially for international delivery. For that reason, we work with route deadlines, order cut-offs and planned delivery windows.

This allows us to protect product quality, keep delivery costs realistic and serve business customers reliably.

B2B & Wholesale Policy

As an approved B2B customer, our purchasing terms, delivery conditions, payment, complaints and liability apply to all orders. Please read our policy carefully before placing your first order.
